We will discuss your wishes and needs during a face-to-face meeting and will work out a personal and individual plan. 

The topics raised during my interior advice are as different as my clients and their needs; changes and extensions to the building´s shell and floorplan, new kitchens and bathrooms, new material to cover stairs, or simply the decluttering of the existing interior to highlight what there is already, all these could be the topics of an advice session.

As an architectural consultant I help private landlords, companies and investors during the acquisition of properties.

I look at properties that you are considering and check them thoroughly, not just technically but also from an aesthetical perspective. I will draft a concept for the ideal use and layout of your dream property.

You can also put me in charge of looking for suitable properties or we can work out together how to find your new home.

You decide which services you would like to take on. I will always make recommendations concerning the whole of your property and will act without self-interest on the basis of a fixed agreed rate.
